Action Item Reminders

MonkeyPod can remind you when an action item that you own or that you're assigned to is due. By default, a reminder will be sent by email one week before the due date and again on the due date. (If the task is marked complete, then no reminders will be sent.)

You can control which reminders you receive and how:

  1. Click the navigation link for Notification Preferences. Under "Collaboration", you'll have options to subscribe or unsubscribe to action item reminders. Reminder options are: One Month, One Week, Day Before, and Day of.
  2. You can mute reminders for a specific action item. Load the detailed view of the action item, then click the icon to mute (or unmute) reminders.
