How to Record a Grant Payment
You've worked hard to get that grant and now the check has finally arrived! Here at MonkeyPod we make it easy to manage your grants and record payments and expenses.
How do I record that I received a grant payment in my MonkeyPod?
Remember, in MonkeyPod a grant is it's own type of transaction, so once you have recorded the grant, you can find it by going to Fundraising then under Contribution History you can click on View All Grants to see them!
From here you will see a list of your grants. Click on the grant you want to record the payment for.
Once you are at the Grant Transaction, simply click on the green Record payment under Payments Received to begin recording the payment.
This will bring the option to enter the amount, payment method, reference numbers, and which account it was deposited to.
