Learn About Integrating Event Ticket Sales with Your MonkeyPod

If your organization sells tickets to events, you don't have to enter each sale by hand or manually import transactions from another system. MonkeyPod integrates with two popular ticketing platforms, Eventbrite and Ticket Tailor.

Both integrations are included as "basic" apps in every MonkeyPod subscription, so you're free to choose whichever platform fits your organization best. You can find them by choosing Apps & Integrations from your MonkeyPod's main menu and select Ticketing.

Eventbrite

Eventbrite is a solid fit for organizations that just need reliable ticket revenue tracking, like performing arts groups or anyone hosting ticketed events. Once connected, your ticket sales are recorded automatically in your MonkeyPod. Learn more in How do I Record Eventbrite Deposited Funds?

Ticket Tailor

The Ticket Tailor option offers a deeper integration: along with recording sales and donations, it adds buyers and attendees to your contacts, tracks check-ins and voided tickets, and handles refunds automatically. Learn more in How to Use MonkeyPod's Ticket Tailor Integration.
