How to use Sensitive Information settings
Sometimes you need to track information about your relationships that's a bit...sensitive. MonkeyPod gives you tools to ensure this data is visible to the people who need to see it, but hidden from those who shouldn't.

What is Sensitive Information?
Two types of data can be considered "sensitive":
- When creating a new Interaction, you can flag the note as "Sensitive" (if you have the requisite permissions).
- Custom attributes used in Relationship records may be designated as sensitive.
If a user doesn't have permission to see sensitive data, these items will not be visible to them in the relationship record.
Who has permission?
In general, users are allowed (or blocked from) viewing sensitive data based on their user role. To manage who has permission to see sensitive data, choose My MonkeyPod from the main navigation menu, select Permissions, and click the "Relationships" tab. Check the box in the column for any role that should be permitted to view sensitive data.
